JENNY LAM

Every challenge we face in life is another opportunity to grow.

My experiences have shaped my approach to fitness, personal development, and well-being.

Here is my journey, and the story of how fitness and wellness helped me overcome the challenges through my life.

Like many new mothers, I want to get back into shape and focus on creating lasting healthy changes.

I had my first son at the age of 18. Being a young mom, I had to mature quickly, and prepare for life on life’s terms.

Within a year, I was back in the ring as a competitive kick boxer, and focusing on my athletic career.

With my personal experience and qualifications within pre and post natal physical training, I’m passionate about helping other parents find the flow in their fitness routine.

MOTHER
AT 18

After a Kickboxing injury, I was left blinded for a few months. It was impossible to keep up with my intensive kickboxing training.

During my recovery, I discovered the healing power of Yoga and grew a new passion for Meditation and Yoga.

I turned this obstacle into a new opportunity for me.

Now I’m a fully qualified Yoga instructor With over 300 hours of training in India at the world-renowned Rishikesh Yog Peeth and another 300 hours under Patrick Creelman of Pure Yoga.

TEMPORARY BLINDNESS

You might’ve seen me in the movies. From an early age I have been involved in acting and stunt work. It’s a high pressure world that can take its toll both mentally and physically.

Whilst being on the big screen was an exciting part of my journey, the most valuable lesson I learnt on set was meditation. It’s become an essential tool in my training.

My meditation journey was a self discovery, I completed “Awakening the Illuminated Heart” workshop, which focused at connecting with a Higher Self, Healing trauma and Light Body Activation.

THE CYCLE

As a woman of mixed heritage, growing up I never quite felt that I fit in. This self-doubt built up during my teenage years and I found physical fitness as a way to self soothe.

As my journey continued and my career in personal training began to flourish, I realised it was time to become more introspective which led me to study Neurolinguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy.

Through my lived experience, I realised that it was a holistic approach that was most effective for both myself and my clients, providing nourishment for the mind, body and soul.

Whether you are beginning your journey or looking to take a deeper dive into a world of physical, mental, and spiritual harmony; I am here with you every step of the way.
